Air source heat pump (up to $1500)

Package systems = Must have at least a HSPF of 8, SEER of 14, and EER of 12
Water Heater (Gas or Oil ) (up to $1500)
Must have Energy factor of 0.82 or thermal efficiency of at least 90%
