Must have at least a 95% AFUE
Furnace (Oil) (up to $1500)
Must have at least a 90% AFUE
Central air conditioner (up to $1500)
Split systems = Must have a SEER of at least 16 and EER of 13
Packaged systems = Must have a SEER of at least 14 and EER of 12
Air source heat pump (up to $1500)
Split systems = Must have at least an HSPF of 8.5, SEER of 15, and EER of 12.5
Package systems = Must have at least a HSPF of 8, SEER of 14, and EER of 12
Water Heater (Gas or Oil ) (up to $1500)
Must have Energy factor of 0.82 or thermal efficiency of at least 90%
